"Amrutha Ayurvedic Medical College, Chitradurga, Managed by Sri Devaraj Urs Vidhya Samsthe, Chitradurga, was started at 1996-97. The institution shall not lag behind in providing the minimum basic study facilities such as teaching staff, Hospital, lab, Herbal Garden. However all care shall be taken to strengthen the infrastructure year by year to keep the reputation of the Institution. Hostel facilities are being provided to students.

Our College is located 2 Km. away from the K.S.R.T.C Bus stand and 3 Km. away from the Railway Station. It has very good infrastructure and well equipped 60 bedded hospital. It has young dedicated and energetic, specialized doctors. Our medical garden has rich medicinal plants with rarest herbs. Our pharmacy is well equipped with modern and sophisticated equipments. Many medicines are prepared daily.

Our college has big museum of Anatomy, Physiology, Dravyaguna, Rasashastra, Vyavahara Ayurveda and Agadatantra. There is a separate Computer Department for the students. College is accommodated with auditorium Sports and cultural activities are conducting regularly. Our students won several University level and State level competitions with several medals. The Aim of the Institution is to provide a complete instruction on all aspects of the imparting of the academic site of the course We intend providing a good library facility for up-to-date knowledge of the Indian Medicine. Academically known dignitaries shall visit the college of science to counsel the college for its improvements. Experienced and effective teaching staff shall be specialty of the college.
