ADMISSION DUNIYA

J.S. Ayurved Mahavidyalaya, located in Nadiad, Gujarat, is one of the oldest and most prestigious Ayurvedic colleges in India. It was established in 1938 by Vaidya Sundarlal Joshi, a pioneer in Ayurvedic education, with the aim of reviving and promoting traditional Indian medicine. The college is managed by the Arya Vaidya Mandal Trust and is affiliated with Gujarat Ayurved University, Jamnagar. It is recognized by the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM) and approved by the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India.

The college is attached to a well-equipped Ayurvedic hospital that provides clinical exposure to students and offers traditional therapies to patients. It maintains a balance between classical Ayurvedic wisdom and modern medical education.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidate must have passed 10+2 (or equivalent) with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as main subjects.
Minimum 50% aggregate marks in PCB (45% for reserved categories).
Must have qualified the NEET-UG exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
Minimum age requirement: 17 years as on 31st December of the year of admission.

Selection Procedure

Counselling Registration: Candidates must register through the Admission Committee for Professional Under Graduate Medical Courses (ACPUGMEC), Gujarat.
