Admission Process (UG & PG)

1. Check Eligibility

For UG Courses (BBA, BCA, B.Com, BVA, etc.):

• Must have passed 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board.

For PG Courses (MBA):

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks (relaxation for reserved categories as per norms).

• Entrance exams accepted: KMAT / PGCET or institute-level selection.

2. Application Modes

Online Application

1. Visit the official admission portal of Koshys.

2. Register using your name, email ID, and mobile number.

3. Fill the application form with academic and personal details.

4. Upload required documents.

5. Submit the form and pay the application fee (if applicable).

Offline Application

1. Download the form or collect it from the campus.

2. Fill in all details carefully.

3. Attach photocopies of the required documents.

4. Submit the form to the admission office with applicable fees.

3. Selection Process

For UG Courses

• Selection is based on merit from Class 12 marks.

• Shortlisted candidates receive an offer letter.

For MBA

• Selection is based on:

  • Entrance exam scores (KMAT / PGCET)

  • Academic record

  • Personal interview (if conducted)

• Final seat confirmation is done after payment of admission fees.

4. Document Verification

Candidates must produce original documents at the time of admission:

• 10th & 12th marksheets

• UG degree marksheets (for MBA)

• Transfer Certificate & Migration Certificate

• ID proof

• Passport-size photographs

5. Fee Payment & Seat Confirmation

• After verification, candidates need to pay the admission fee to confirm the seat.

• Payment must be made directly to the institute’s account (not through agents).

6. Final Admission Letter

• After completing all steps, students receive the official admission confirmation letter.
