About RRCVAS
RR College of veterinary & animal science, approved by Veterinary Council of India (VCI) Govt. of India, was established in 2021. The College is affiliated with the Rajasthan University of veterinary & animal sciences (RAJUVAS) Bikaner. It offers Bachelors degree (B.V.Sc. & A.H.) courses of five and half years duration in Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry. it follows the course curriculum prescribed by the Veterinary Council of India, under minimum standards for veterinary education (MSVE-2016) for under graduate studies. Besides offering expert faculty, the college provides outstanding amenities that are necessary for aspirants to achieve their goals. The four-story building is available for teaching and extension education with well-equipped laboratories, smart classrooms, well equipped laboratories and residential accommodation for the students. The college also possess a separate Veterinary Clinical Complex which is also well equipped with modern and essential facilities like diagnostic laboratory, small and large animal X-ray machines, physiotherapy equipment and operation theatres for both small and large animals.We seek to develop in each member of the RRCVAS community the ability and passion to work wisely, creatively, and effectively for the betterment of humankind.

2. Make veterinary and animal science education a tool for sustainable growth in the livestock industry so that food and income security can be ensured.
3. The institute will increase its scientific and working capacities by providing faculty members with opportunities to improve their scientific and working capacities. Extending the agricultural sector by providing advisory services, health care, organizing livestock shows and animal welfare camps.
4. This course is intended to prepare veterinarians to prevent human diseases from being transmitted to humans from animals.
5. Extension services are provided to farmers and livestock owners.
6. Empower women to become,” Knowledgeable Livestock Stakeholder” giving them economic identity.
