The Ayush Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC) has revised the schedule for Round 1 of AACCC UG Counselling 2026-27, providing candidates additional time for registration unlocking and choice filling.

According to the notice dated September 9, 2026, the facility that was earlier scheduled to commence on September 9 has been extended because new colleges have been added to the Round 1 AACCC UG seat matrix.

The updated seat matrix is being uploaded to provide candidates with access to additional available seats. AACCC conducts counselling for eligible NEET UG 2026 candidates seeking admission to undergraduate AYUSH programmes including BAMS, BSMS, BUMS, BHMS and B.Pharm-ITRA.

The revised Round 1 schedule is as follows:

Registration Unlocking Facility Rescheduled

AACCC has also clarified that the Registration Unlocking facility has been rescheduled.

The facility, which was earlier scheduled to start on September 9, 2026, will now be available from:

September 10, 2026, at 2:30 PM to September 13, 2026, at 12:30 PM.

Candidates who need to unlock their registration should complete the required process within this revised window.

New Colleges Added to Round 1 Seat Matrix

The extension has been provided because new colleges have been added to the Round 1 AACCC UG seat matrix.

Candidates are advised to check the updated seat matrix before finalising their choices. The addition of new colleges may provide candidates with more options during Round 1 counselling.

AACCC's official UG counselling portal currently provides information regarding registration, counselling schedules and the Round 1 process.

Courses Covered Under AACCC UG Counselling

AACCC conducts counselling for eligible NEET UG candidates seeking admission to undergraduate AYUSH programmes.

The UG counselling covers courses including:

• BAMS – Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery
• BSMS – Bachelor of Siddha Medicine and Surgery
• BUMS – Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery
• BHMS – Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery
• B.Pharm-ITRA – Bachelor of Pharmacy at ITRA

AACCC conducts counselling for applicable All India Quota seats in Government/Government-aided institutions, Central Universities/National Institutes and Deemed Universities, as specified under its counselling framework.

Candidates Advised to Check Updated Choices

Candidates participating in Round 1 should carefully review the updated seat matrix and make their choices accordingly.

Candidates should:

1. Log in to the AACCC UG counselling portal.
2. Check the newly uploaded Round 1 seat matrix.
3. Complete registration unlocking, if required.
4. Review available colleges and courses.
5. Fill and prioritise their choices.
6. Save and submit the choices within the prescribed deadline.
7. Complete choice locking on September 13, 2026, between 2:00 PM and 11:55 PM.

Candidates should not wait until the final hours to complete choice filling or locking.
