The National Cadet Corps Directorate, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana, Secunderabad, has forwarded the proceedings of NCC certificate verification for candidates participating in Andhra Pradesh MBBS/BDS Admissions 2026 under the NCC Category to Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences (Dr. NTRUHS), Vijayawada.
The communication, issued under reference NCC(AP&T)/1972/APMBBS-BDS/P&C, states that a total of 469 candidates attended for admission into MBBS and BDS courses under the NCC Category for 2026.
According to the NCC Directorate, the certificates of all 469 candidates were verified in accordance with G.O. Ms. No. 44 dated July 16, 2025, issued by the Higher Education (RM) Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
Following verification, 467 out of 469 candidates were deemed eligible by the NCC board to apply for admission under the NCC Category.
The board also noted changes in the applicable NCC Grace Marks percentage in the cases of two candidates.
The proceedings mention the following candidates in connection with the verification and grace marks:

The notice states that the NCC certificate must satisfy the applicable eligibility requirements under the Andhra Pradesh Government's prescribed rules.
The NCC Directorate has specifically identified two candidates who were not found eligible under the NCC Category.
The reason stated in both cases is that the respective NCC certificate was acquired after the qualifying examination, i.e. Class 12.

The communication forwards the proceedings of the certificate verification and the eligible candidates list to Dr. NTRUHS for necessary action.
