Dr NTR University of Health Sciences (Dr NTRUHS), Vijayawada, has released the list of candidates who were allotted seats in the Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) course under the Competent Authority Quota for the academic year 2026-27 but did not report after Phase-I counselling. The notification is titled “Admission into BDS Course under Competent Authority Quota-2026-27: List of Candidates Availed Not Reported After Phase-I.”

The list contains 352 candidates, with details including registration number, NEET roll number, NEET rank, NEET score, candidate name, gender, category, local area, and the BDS seat allotted during Phase-I counselling.

According to the released list, the candidates had received BDS allotments across various dental colleges in Andhra Pradesh under different categories, local-area reservations and seat types. The allotted institutions include Government Dental College and Hospital Vijayawada (GDCV), Government Dental College and Hospital Kadapa (GDCK), GSL Dental College and Hospital Rajahmundry (GSLR), Anil Neerukonda Institute of Dental Sciences (ANDV), Sri Sai Dental College (SNDC), Vishnu Dental College (VDCB), GITAM Dental College (GITV), Sibar Institute of Dental Sciences (SIBG), Lenora Institute of Dental Research (LIDR), Care Dental College (CARE), Narayana Dental College (NDCN), Kamineni Dental College (KDCA), St Joseph Dental College (SJDE), and other participating institutions.

The list includes candidates from multiple categories such as OC, BCA, BCB, BCC, BCD, BCE, SC1, SC2, SC3 and ST. It also contains allotments under different seat categories, including Unreserved, category-specific seats, minority seats, CAP seats, MRC seats and other applicable classifications.

The highest NEET score among the candidates listed is 515, secured by a candidate with a NEET rank of 72,035. The candidate was allotted a BDS seat at CARE under the UR/OC category. Several candidates with NEET scores above 500 were also included in the Phase-I non-reporting list.

At the other end of the list, candidates with NEET scores in the 300s are also included. The final candidate listed has a NEET rank of 4,90,737 and a score of 328, and was allotted a BDS seat at KDCA under the SC1 category.

The released data shows that non-reporting occurred across a wide range of NEET ranks and scores. A significant number of candidates were allotted seats in government and private dental colleges located across Andhra Pradesh, covering both Andhra University (AU) and Sri Venkateswara University (SVU) local areas, along with APNL and other applicable local-area classifications.

Candidates who find their names in the “Availed Not Reported After Phase-I” list should carefully check their registration number, NEET roll number, allotted college, category and seat details against the official Dr NTRUHS counselling information. Candidates should also follow subsequent counselling notifications issued by the university for further admission opportunities, if applicable.

The list is specifically related to candidates who had been allotted BDS seats under the Competent Authority Quota for the 2026-27 academic year but did not report to the allotted institution following Phase-I allotment. Candidates should not assume eligibility for a subsequent counselling phase unless it is specifically permitted under the university's applicable counselling rules and subsequent notifications.

The complete list released by Dr NTRUHS contains 352 candidates across nine pages and provides candidate-wise allotment information. Candidates are advised to verify their details carefully and regularly monitor the official university counselling portal for further BDS admission updates, seat allotments, reporting instructions and deadlines.
