Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada, has released the provisional priority list for candidates applying under the Scouts & Guides category for admission to MBBS and BDS courses under the Competent Authority Quota for the academic year 2026-27.

The notice was issued on August 27, 2026, following verification of the certificates and documents submitted by candidates. The provisional priority list, along with the lists of not eligible candidates and candidates absent for physical verification, has been made available on the official NTRUHS website.

Candidates who applied under the Scouts & Guides category and uploaded their scanned original certificates can check their status and priority details through the University website.

AP NEET UG 2026 Scouts & Guides Priority List

The provisional priority list includes candidates who have been found eligible under different Scouts & Guides award categories. The list contains details such as registration number, NEET rank, NEET score, candidate name, date of birth, category, area, Scouts & Guides category, priority and eligibility status.

Among the eligible candidates, the list includes candidates under categories such as Rajyapuraskar Award II, Tritiyasopan Award III, Dwitiyasopan Award IV and Prathamsopan Award V.

The University has stated that the priority list has been prepared after verification of the certificates/documents by the concerned Scouts & Guides Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.

Grievance Submission Deadline

Candidates who have any grievance regarding the provisional priority list, eligibility status or related verification can submit their grievances through email.

The grievance submission deadline is:

• Last Date: August 28, 2026
• Time: Up to 4:00 PM

Grievances received after the prescribed date and time will not be considered under any circumstances, according to the notice.

Candidates are advised to mention the relevant details and supporting information while submitting a grievance.

Not Eligible Candidates Listed

NTRUHS has also published a separate list of candidates who have been found not eligible under the Scouts & Guides category.

The reasons mentioned in the notice include:

• Camp dates were incorrect.
• Camp dates were not clear.
• Number and date were not mentioned on the certificate.
• Pravesh Certificate was not eligible as per the applicable Government Order.
• Candidates did not meet the eligibility requirements under the Government Order.
• The Government of Andhra Pradesh had not permitted the concerned HSG organisation.

The University has provided the registration number, NEET rank, NEET score, candidate name, category, area, action type and remarks for these candidates.

Candidates Absent for Physical Verification

The University has also released a list of candidates who were marked absent for physical verification under the Scouts & Guides category.

The list contains 7 candidates who were marked absent during the physical verification process.

Candidates included in the absent list should carefully check the notice and follow any applicable instructions issued by the University.

MBBS and BDS Admission Under Competent Authority Quota

The Scouts & Guides category relates to admissions into MBBS and BDS courses under the Competent Authority Quota for the academic year 2026-27.

The provisional priority list will be used as part of the category-based admission process, subject to the applicable rules and verification requirements.Candidates should note that the list is provisional and that the University has provided an opportunity to submit grievances before taking further action.
