The Regional Dental College, Guwahati has issued an Admission Notice for counselling for admission to Post Graduate MDS courses for the academic session 2026 under the Assam State Quota.

As per the notice dated August 24, 2026, the counselling will be conducted on August 29, 2026 (Saturday) at 11:30 AM. The counselling venue is the Office of the Director of Medical Education, Assam, Sixmile, Khanapara, Guwahati-22.

Candidates whose names have appeared in the Assam State NEET-MDS 2026 merit list and who have secured a merit position up to 25 are eligible to attend the counselling, provided they fulfil all the prescribed eligibility criteria for admission to MDS courses against Assam State Quota seats.

Eligible candidates have been directed to physically appear for counselling at the scheduled venue and carry all necessary documents required for admission and verification.

Who Can Attend Assam MDS Counselling 2026?

The counselling notice states that candidates meeting the following conditions are required to appear:

1. The candidate's name must appear in the Assam State NEET-MDS 2026 merit list.
2. The candidate must have secured a State Merit Position up to 25.
3. The candidate must fulfil all applicable eligibility criteria for admission to MDS courses under Assam State Quota.
