The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has extended the deadline for Document Verification under Round 1 of the Undergraduate Medical Admission Counselling (UGMAC) 2026.

As per Advertisement No. BCECEB(UGMAC)-2026/04 dated August 31, 2026, the last date for Document Verification in the Online Round 1 Counselling of UGMAC 2026 has been extended in the interest of students.

UGMAC 2026 Round 1 Document Verification Deadline Extended

The earlier deadline for completing Document Verification under Round 1 was August 31, 2026.

BCECEB has now extended the deadline by one day. Candidates participating in UGMAC 2026 Round 1 can complete their Document Verification until:

September 1, 2026

Candidates who are yet to complete the required verification process should ensure that they complete it within the extended deadline.

UGMAC 2026: Courses Covered

The UGMAC 2026 counselling process is being conducted for admission to the following programmes:

• MBBS
• BDS
• B.V.Sc. & A.H.
• B.F.Sc.

Admissions are being conducted in Government Medical, Dental and Veterinary Colleges, College of Fisheries and Private Medical and Dental Colleges of Bihar, as applicable under the counselling process.

Important Dates

The deadline has therefore been extended by one day.

Candidates Advised to Complete Verification

Candidates who have been allotted seats or are otherwise required to complete the Round 1 verification process should take advantage of the extended deadline.

They should ensure that all required documents and formalities are completed according to the instructions issued by BCECEB.

Candidates should also regularly check the official BCECEB website for any further updates related to UGMAC 2026 counselling.

Other Terms and Conditions Remain Unchanged

BCECEB has clarified that all other terms and conditions mentioned in Advertisement No. BCECEB(UGMAC)-2026/01 dated August 7, 2026, will remain unchanged.Therefore, candidates should continue to follow the previously issued counselling instructions except for the revised Document Verification deadline.
