After online verification, candidates allotted a seat must report physically to the allotted institute within the prescribed period for original document verification and admission.
If uploaded documents are blurred, incorrect, mismatched, missing or corrupted, candidates may receive a discrepancy notification through SMS or email. Corrected documents must be uploaded within the prescribed period.
Failure to resolve discrepancies can result in cancellation of the allotted seat.
Candidates allotted MBBS/BDS seats in Round 3 who fail to report within the prescribed period, do not take admission after document verification, or are found ineligible due to unresolved discrepancies will have their security deposit forfeited and seat cancelled. Such candidates will also not be eligible for the Stray Vacancy Round.
Similar conditions apply to candidates allotted B.V.Sc. & A.H. / B.F.Sc. seats who fail to complete reporting, admission or document verification requirements.
Candidates who participate in Round 3 but do not receive any seat allotment will have the facility to participate in the Stray Vacancy Round by giving consent.
BCECEB will publish the Round 3 UGMAC 2026 Rank Card on October 8, 2026. Candidates will be able to download the rank card by using their UGMAC ID and Date of Birth.
According to the notice, candidates who do not receive a seat in Round 1, Round 2, Round 3, Stray Vacancy Round or any other round conducted, as well as candidates who are admitted to their allotted seat, will receive the refundable security deposit after completion of all counselling rounds, subject to the applicable rules.
The amount will generally be credited to the bank account from which the payment was made, subject to the conditions mentioned by BCECEB.
BCECEB has advised candidates to check the course-wise and college-wise fee structure of private medical and dental colleges before submitting their application and choices.
