The Centralised Admission Committee (CENTAC), Puducherry, has opened fresh applications for postgraduate dental (MDS) admissions for the 2026 academic session following a reduction in the NEET MDS qualifying cut-off. According to the notice dated October 17, 2026, candidates who have become eligible under the revised criteria can apply for the vacancies published on the official CENTAC website.

Eligible candidates must submit their fresh application, pay the prescribed registration fee and enter their course preferences within the specified deadline. CENTAC will publish further instructions regarding participation in Round 3 counselling on its official website.

Revised NEET MDS 2026 Cut-Off Scores

The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) and the National Board of Examinations (NBE) have revised the qualifying criteria and cut-off scores. The revised criteria allow additional candidates to become eligible for MDS counselling.

Note: Cut-off scores are out of 960 marks.

Fresh applications are invited only from candidates who have become eligible under the revised NEET MDS 2026 qualifying criteria. Candidates should check the vacancies published on the CENTAC website and ensure that they meet the revised eligibility requirements.
