CENTAC UG Non-NEET Counselling 2026: Round 2 Provisional Allotment List Released, Join by September 8

The Centralised Admission Committee (CENTAC), Directorate of Higher and Technical Education, Government of Puducherry, has published the Round 2 Provisional Allotment List for UG Non-NEET Professional, Arts, Science and Commerce courses for the academic year 2026-27.

The provisional allotment list was released on September 5, 2026, after disposing of the objections received against the Draft Allotment List.

Candidates can check their allotment status using their Dashboard Login credentials and download the Allotment Order after the provisional allotment list is published.

Candidates allotted seats in Round 2 must report to the Principal of the allotted college along with the required original certificates, requisite fee and allotment order.

6,250 Seats Allotted During Round 1

CENTAC has also provided details of the Round 1 allotment.

A total of 6,250 seats were allotted during Round 1 based on the course preferences submitted by candidates.

The allotment included:

  • 2,810 candidates allotted to Engineering (B.Tech.) courses
  • 2,081 candidates allotted to Arts and Science courses
  • Remaining candidates allotted to other Professional/Vocational courses

How to Check CENTAC Round 2 Allotment 2026

Candidates can check their Round 2 allotment status through the CENTAC dashboard.

Steps to Download Allotment Order

  1. Visit the official CENTAC website.
  2. Open the UG Non-NEET counselling section.
  3. Login using your Dashboard credentials.
  4. Check the Round 2 Provisional Allotment status.
  5. Download the Allotment Order.
  6. Report to the allotted college with the required original certificates and fee.
  7. Complete the admission formalities before September 8, 2026 at 5:00 PM.

Admission will be subject to the production of all required original certificates and completion of the prescribed admission formalities.

Residence and Community Certificate Submission

Candidates who have not submitted their recent renewed Residence or Community Certificates can submit the required documents through the Grievance Attachment option available in their dashboard.

Such candidates must submit the certificates on or before:

September 8, 2026, up to 3:00 PM

Candidates should ensure that the required certificates are uploaded within the specified deadline.

Important Instructions for MSP Candidates

CENTAC has issued specific instructions for candidates allotted seats under the MSP quota.

MSP candidates must report to the CENTAC office on September 7, 2026 for verification of their original documents.

The allotment order will be enabled only after successful verification of the required documents.

However, candidates who had already reported to CENTAC for original sports certificate verification during Round 1 can download their allotment order and directly report to the allotted college.

College Reporting and Admission

Candidates allotted seats in Round 2 must report to the Principal of the allotted college from September 5 onwards.

Candidates are required to carry:

  • All original certificates
  • Required fee
  • CENTAC Allotment Order
  • Other documents required for admission

The final date for joining is September 8, 2026 up to 5:00 PM.

Candidates who fail to complete the admission process within the prescribed deadline may not be able to secure admission to the allotted seat.

Fee Structure

Candidates should refer to the UG Non-NEET Information Brochure published on the official CENTAC website for details of the applicable fee structure.

Candidates should pay the required fee according to the instructions applicable to their allotted course and college.

SMS and Grievance Support

CENTAC has stated that SMS notifications are also being sent to students regarding the Round 2 allotment.Candidates requiring assistance can submit their queries through the Grievances option available in their Login Dashboard.
