The Centralised Admission Committee (CENTAC), Directorate of Higher and Technical Education, Government of Puducherry, has published the Round 2 Eligible Candidates Merit List for UG Non-NEET Professional, Arts, Science and Commerce courses for the academic year 2026-27.
As per the notice dated August 26, 2026, the eligible merit list includes candidates who have submitted their willingness to participate in Round 2, along with the course preferences submitted for the second round. Candidates admitted during Round 1 have also been included in the list.
The merit list has been published on the official CENTAC website. Candidates are advised to check their details and course preferences carefully.

CENTAC has clarified the conditions applicable to candidates participating in the second round.
Candidates who have submitted willingness for Round 2 will be considered for the allotment process.
Candidates who joined a seat in Round 1 but did not submit their willingness for Round 2 will be retained in the same admitted course.
Candidates whose Round 2 participation option is marked “NO”, or whose course preferences are empty, will not be considered for Round 2 allotment.
Candidates are advised to carefully review the Round 2 Eligible Candidates Merit List. If they find any discrepancy, they can submit an objection through their dashboard login under the Grievances option.
The last date and time for submitting objections is August 27, 2026, up to 1:00 PM.
Candidates should ensure that any grievance is submitted within the prescribed deadline. Objections submitted after the deadline may not be considered.
CENTAC has also informed candidates about the Round 2 merit list through SMS. Candidates can additionally access further information through their login dashboard.

Candidates who want to be considered for Round 2 allotment should ensure that they have submitted their willingness and course preferences as required by CENTAC.
Those who have already joined a Round 1 seat but did not submit willingness for Round 2 will continue in their same admitted course. Candidates with “NO” participation status or empty course preferences will not be considered for the second-round allotment.
