After completing the required scrutiny and being found eligible, candidates must complete the admission process at the allotted institution.

September 24, 2026, 10:00 AM to September 29, 2026, 5:00 PM

Candidates should not wait until the last day to complete the admission formalities.

Scrutiny Venue for Private Dental Colleges

The notice specifically states that all private dental college institutions in Chhattisgarh should arrange the admission process for eligible candidates after scrutiny at the designated scrutiny venue.

The scrutiny venue is Government Dental College, Raipur.

Private dental colleges have been instructed to ensure that the admission process of eligible candidates is completed after scrutiny.

Bonus Marks Documents to Be Verified

The counselling committee has also directed the institution heads and scrutiny committees to verify all necessary documents.

In particular, the scrutiny committee has been instructed to check the documents related to bonus marks and match them with the bonus marks mentioned in the merit list.

Candidates claiming bonus marks should therefore ensure that the relevant supporting documents are available during the scrutiny process.

The Directorate of Medical Education has clarified that seat allotment in Government Dental College and all private dental colleges of Chhattisgarh is carried out through the prescribed online counselling process by the counselling committee constituted by the Commissioner, Medical Education, Chhattisgarh.

Candidates have been cautioned not to fall into any trap involving individuals or institutions promising admission outside the official counselling process.
