  2. Log in using the required candidate credentials.

  3. Review the available colleges and seats.

  5. Complete the web options submission process using the required One-Time Password (OTP), which will be sent to the registered mobile number and email address.

Candidates can select any number of colleges for which they are eligible and interested in joining. The order of preference should be chosen carefully because the options cannot be changed after the submission window closes.

University Fee and Tuition Fee Details

Candidates allotted a BNYS seat must pay a university fee of INR 8,600 through the online payment gateway before obtaining the allotment order. Payment can be made using a debit card, credit card or internet banking.

The tuition fee for the 2026–27 academic year will be charged according to the fee structure fixed by the Government of Andhra Pradesh.

The university has clarified that the INR 8,600 university fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

What Candidates Must Do After Seat Allotment

Candidates who receive a seat allotment will be notified through their registered mobile numbers. They must visit the admission portal to download the allotment order and report to the allotted college within the specified reporting period.

At the college, candidates must:

  • Submit all required original certificates for verification.

  • Pay the applicable tuition fee.

  • Complete the remaining admission formalities within the notified deadline.

Failure to complete admission within the prescribed period will result in automatic cancellation of the admission. If any discrepancy is found during original certificate verification, the provisional allotment may also be cancelled.

What Happens If a Candidate Does Not Get a Seat in Phase 1?

Candidates who do not receive a seat in Phase 1 will be considered for available vacancies in Phase 2 counselling. They will have to exercise fresh web options.

Candidates allotted a seat in Phase 1 who do not report to the allotted college may also participate in Phase 2 with fresh options. However, they cannot claim their previous Phase 1 allotment again.

Phase 2 counselling will be conducted after the reporting period for Phase 1 closes. The available vacancies will include unfilled seats and seats of candidates who do not report.

Rules for Candidates Upgraded in Phase 2

Candidates who join a college in Phase 1 and subsequently receive an upgraded seat in another affiliated college during Phase 2 must complete the admission process at the newly allotted institution.

The previous college will forward the candidate's original certificates to the newly allotted college after the admission process closes. Candidates must report with the downloaded allotment order and the custodian certificate issued by the previous college, pay the applicable tuition fee and complete admission formalities.

Candidates upgraded during Phase 2 cannot claim their earlier Phase 1 seats, as those vacancies will be filled according to merit and applicable reservation rules.
