The Admission Committee for Professional Undergraduate Medical Educational Courses (ACPUGMEC), Government of Gujarat has announced the schedule for the 1st Online Round Allotment and Reporting for admission to BAMS and BHMS courses for the academic year 2026-27.

The admission process applies to eligible candidates included in the ACPUGMEC Merit List for admission against Government Seats, Management Seats and NRI Seats in Ayurveda and Homoeopathy undergraduate courses.

The seats are available across Government, Grant-in-Aid and Self-Financed Colleges in Gujarat.

Gujarat BAMS BHMS Counselling 2026: First Round Schedule

ACPUGMEC has notified the following schedule for the first online round:

Candidates who receive an allotment in the first online round should complete the required fee payment and reporting formalities within the prescribed schedule.

Online Tuition Fee Payment

Candidates can make the 1st Round tuition fee payment online from:

September 23, 2026 to September 30, 2026, up to 3:30 PM

Candidates should ensure that the applicable tuition fee is paid within the notified deadline.

Offline Fee Payment Through HDFC Bank

ACPUGMEC has also provided an option for payment of tuition fees at a designated HDFC Bank branch.

The offline payment facility will be available from:

September 24, 2026, 10:30 AM to September 30, 2026, 3:30 PM

The advertisement clarifies that offline fee payment can be made only during banking hours on working days.

Candidates choosing the offline payment option should therefore plan their visit according to the working hours of the designated bank branch.

Reporting and Original Document Submission

Candidates allotted seats in the first online round must report to the designated Help Center and submit their original documents as part of the admission process.

The reporting window is:

September 24, 2026, 10:00 AM to October 1, 2026, 4:00 PM

Candidates should carry the required original documents and complete the prescribed admission formalities within this period.

Help Center Working Hours

ACPUGMEC has specified the working hours of the Help Centers as follows:

• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
• Sunday: Closed
• Public Holidays: Closed

Candidates should visit the Help Center only during the prescribed working hours.

The admission process covers Ayurveda and Homoeopathy undergraduate courses offered by:
