The Admission Committee for Professional Post-Graduate Medical Educational Courses, Government of Gujarat has issued an advertisement regarding admission cancellation, Round 3 online registration and choice filling for admission to the first-year Postgraduate MDS course for the academic year 2026-27.

The admission process covers Government, Management and NRI seats in MDS courses offered by Government and Self-Financed Dental Colleges in Gujarat.

According to the notice, eligible candidates who meet the NEET-PG (MDS)-2026 eligibility criteria and the applicable council and Gujarat admission rules can participate in the Round 3 process under the conditions specified by the Admission Committee.

Who Can Participate in Round 3?

The Round 3 schedule is applicable to candidates who:

• Have qualified as per the NEET-PG (MDS)-2026 eligibility criteria.
• Possess the qualifications required under the applicable council and Gujarat admission rules.
• Did not register in Round 1 or Round 2, or
• Did not confirm admission after the Round 2 seat allotment and exited with forfeiture of the refundable security deposit.

The notice also provides a facility for cancellation of admissions that were already confirmed through the Help Centre during Round 1 or Round 2.

Gujarat NEET MDS Round 3 Important Dates

Registration Fee and Security Deposit

Candidates participating in the Gujarat NEET MDS Round 3 registration process must purchase the online PIN from the official admission website.

The total amount payable for the PIN is INR 28,000, consisting of:

• INR 3,000 – Non-refundable registration amount
• INR 25,000 – Refundable security deposit

Candidates can purchase the PIN through the official Gujarat admission website.

Candidates Who Already Purchased the PIN in Round 1 or Round 2

The Admission Committee has clarified that candidates who had already purchased the online PIN by paying the full INR 28,000 during Round 1 or Round 2 do not need to purchase the PIN again if they:

• Did not complete online registration, or
• Completed online registration but did not complete application verification and submission of certificate copies at the Help Centre.

Such candidates only need to complete the required application verification and document submission at the Help Centre.

Help Centre Appointment Required

Candidates must take a prior appointment at the Help Centre for application verification and submission of photocopies of certificates.

While printing the registration receipt, candidates will be able to select their preferred:

• Date
• Time
• Help Centre

for application verification.

Help Centre Working Hours

The Help Centre will operate according to the following schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon
• Sunday: Closed
• Public Holidays: Closed for application verification

Candidates should plan their document verification visit according to these working hours.

Online Registration Must Be Completed with Help Centre Verification

Candidates can complete the initial online registration through the official Gujarat admission website. However, the notice makes it clear that the registration process requires candidates to visit the designated Help Centre with the required certificates and registration slip for verification and submission of document photocopies.

Candidates should therefore complete both the online and Help Centre requirements within the prescribed schedule.

Admission Cancellation Facility

Candidates who have already confirmed admission through the Help Centre during Round 1 or Round 2 can use the specified admission cancellation facility between October 1 and October 3, 2026, subject to the prescribed timing.

The last time for admission cancellation at the Help Centre is 12:00 Noon on October 3, 2026.

Candidates are advised to complete the PIN purchase and online registration before the respective deadlines and obtain the required Help Centre appointment for document verification.
