The Admission Committee for Professional Post-Graduate Medical Education Courses (ACPPGMEC), Government of Gujarat, has released an advertisement for online registration for admission to First Year Post-Graduate MD, MS and Diploma courses for the academic year 2026-27. Applications have been invited for Government Seats, Management Seats and NRI Seats in Government and Self-financed Medical Colleges across Gujarat.

Candidates who have qualified NEET-PG 2026 and fulfil the eligibility requirements prescribed by the National Medical Commission (NMC) and the admission rules of the Government of Gujarat can participate in the admission process.

According to the official schedule, the online PIN purchase for registration will be available from October 1 to October 8, 2026, up to the prescribed deadline. Candidates can purchase the PIN through the official admission website, www.medadmgujarat.org.

The online registration and document upload process will also be conducted from October 1 to October 8, 2026, with registration available up to 5:00 PM on October 8, 2026.

Candidates will subsequently have to complete document verification and submission of photocopies of required documents at the designated Help Center. This process will be conducted from October 3, 2026, at 10:00 AM to October 9, 2026, at 4:00 PM.

For online registration, candidates have to pay INR 3,000 as a non-refundable registration fee and INR 25,000 as a refundable security deposit, making the total payment INR 28,000. The payment is required for purchasing the online PIN.

Candidates must note that completing the online registration alone will not complete the admission process. After registering online, candidates are required to visit the selected Help Center with their required original certificates and registration slip for document verification and submission of photocopies.

Candidates have to take a prior appointment for document verification and submission of documents at the Help Center. The candidate can select the preferred date, time and Help Center while printing the Registration Slip. Help Centers will generally operate from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, while on Saturdays the working hours will be 10:00 AM to 12:00 noon. Help Centers will remain closed on Sundays and Government holidays.

NRI Candidates

The admission committee has issued separate instructions for NRI candidates. After completing the online application, NRI candidates must submit a Demand Draft of INR 25,000, which is a non-refundable processing fee, in favour of “ACPUGMEC”, payable at Gandhinagar.

For NRI candidates, document verification and submission of documents will be conducted only at the office of ACPUGMEC and ACPPGMEC, GMERS Medical College, Gandhinagar.

The admission committee has advised candidates to regularly visit the official website for detailed information and subsequent updates regarding the counselling and admission process. The committee has also clarified that all information related to the admission process will be published only through the official website going forward.

Candidates seeking admission to Gujarat NEET PG 2026 counselling are advised to complete the online registration within the prescribed timeline and ensure that their documents are verified at the designated Help Center.
