The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has officially published the Karnataka NEET UG 2026 State Score/Merit List for candidates seeking admission to MBBS, BDS, and AYUSH courses under the state quota. Candidates can now download the merit list PDF from the official KEA portal and check their state ranking using their NEET Roll Number.
According to KEA, the state merit list includes 69,170 qualified candidates who selected Karnataka as their state in the NEET UG 2026 application submitted to the National Testing Agency (NTA).
The state topper is the candidate who secured All India Rank (AIR) 20, topping the Karnataka merit list.
The number of candidates included in this year's Karnataka merit list has decreased significantly.
The reduced number of eligible candidates may improve admission opportunities for Karnataka state quota aspirants during the upcoming counselling process.
KEA has directed all eligible candidates to complete the mandatory linking of their NEET Roll Number with the UGCET-2026/UGNEET-2026 application through the official portal.

Candidates who fail to complete this mandatory step may face difficulties during the counselling process.
