The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has announced the Second Round Final Seat Allotment Result for admission to Medical and Dental courses under UGNEET 2026.
According to the official notice dated September 16, 2026, KEA had earlier announced the revised second-round provisional result on September 15, 2026, after considering the Choice-4 exit seats.
Candidates were invited to submit objections against the provisional result up to 9:00 AM on September 16, 2026. After examining the objections received within the prescribed time, KEA published the Second Round Final Result at 2:00 PM on September 16, 2026.
Candidates who have been allotted seats in the UGNEET 2026 Second Round Final Seat Allotment Result can check their allotment status through the official KEA website.

Candidates who have received an allotment in the second round are required to complete the prescribed fee payment.
After successful payment, candidates should download the Seat Confirmation Slip.
The fee payment and downloading of the seat confirmation slip will be available from:
September 16, 2026 to September 19, 2026
Candidates should complete the required payment and document download within the prescribed period.
Candidates allotted MBBS or BDS seats in the KEA UGNEET 2026 Second Round must report to their allotted college with the required documents and complete the admission process.
The last date for reporting is:
September 21, 2026, up to 5:00 PM
Candidates should carry the Seat Confirmation Slip and other documents required for admission while reporting to the allotted institution.
KEA has instructed participating institutes and colleges to treat all holidays as working days during the counselling and admission process.The direction has been issued considering the limited time available for completing the counselling schedule.
