The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has published the Second Round Final Seat Allotment Results for UGNEET 2026 admission to Medical and Dental Courses.
According to the KEA notice dated September 16, 2026, the final result was published at 2:00 PM on September 16 after consideration of the Choice-4 exit seats and objections received against the revised second-round provisional result.
Candidates who have been allotted UGNEET seats in the second-round final result are required to complete the prescribed admission process within the specified schedule.
KEA had announced the revised second-round provisional result on September 15, 2026, at 9:00 AM.
After examining the objections received within the prescribed time and considering the Choice-4 exit seats, KEA has now published the Second Round Final Seat Allotment Result on its official website.
Candidates who participated in the second round should check their final allotment status and follow the instructions issued by KEA.

Candidates must pay the prescribed fees and download their Seat Confirmation Slip before reporting to the allotted college.
Candidates who have received a seat in the UGNEET 2026 Second Round Final Result must report to the allotted college within the prescribed deadline.

September 21, 2026, up to 5:00 PM
Candidates should carry the Seat Confirmation Slip while reporting to the allotted institution.
They should also follow all admission instructions communicated by KEA and the allotted college.
KEA has stated that, considering the limited time available for conducting the counselling process, all participating institutes and colleges must treat all holidays as working days.
This instruction is intended to facilitate completion of the admission process within the prescribed counselling schedule.
Candidates should therefore not assume that a holiday will extend the reporting deadline.
