The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has issued an important update regarding the 3rd Round Online Seat Allotment to UG Medical and Dental Courses – 2026. According to the official notification dated September 29, 2026, the deadline for candidates participating in the third-round seat allotment process has been extended.

KEA referred to its earlier office notifications dated September 23, 2026, and September 25, 2026, concerning the third-round Medical and Dental seat allotment process.

As per the latest update, candidates who are required to pay the Caution Deposit for participating in the third-round Medical and Dental seat allotment have been given the opportunity to make the payment up to October 1, 2026.

UGNEET 2026 Third Round Option Entry Deadline

In addition to the caution deposit payment deadline, KEA has extended the deadline for entering options for the third-round Medical and Dental seat allotment.

Candidates can enter their options for the third round up to October 2, 2026, at 10:00 AM.

Candidates participating in the Karnataka UGNEET 2026 counselling process should carefully check the official KEA instructions and complete the required process within the revised deadlines.
