The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released an official update regarding the UGNEET-2025 Online Medical Special Stray Vacancy Round. As per the notification dated 26 December 2025, one candidate has withdrawn from a seat previously allotted under the OTH category at SDM Medical College, Dharwad.

Following a formal request submitted by the Principal of SDM Medical College, KEA has decided to include this vacant seat in the upcoming Medical Special Stray Vacancy Round scheduled on 29 December 2025. The withdrawn seat will now be made available for eligible and interested candidates participating in this round.

KEA has also informed that, as of 26 December 2025, multiple OTH category seats are available under the Medical Special Stray Vacancy Round across different medical colleges in Karnataka. These include:

• 5 OTH seats at M.V.J. Medical College and Research Hospital, Bangalore

• 2 OTH seats at Mahadevappa Rampure Medical College, Kalaburagi

• 1 OTH seat at SDM College of Medical Sciences & Hospital, Dharwad

Candidates are advised to carefully review the conditions, guidelines, and eligibility criteria mentioned in the detailed notification dated 23 December 2025, available on the official KEA website, before participating in the allotment process.
