The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has officially extended the deadline for candidates allotted seats during the UGNEET 2026 Mop-Up Round. Candidates can now complete the admission process for vacant seats up to August 2, 2026.

The extension provides additional time for eligible candidates to complete admission formalities for undergraduate medical and allied health programmes offered through the Karnataka UGNEET counselling process.

Mop-Up Round Admission Deadline Extended

Candidates who have been allotted seats in the UGNEET 2026 Mop-Up Round can now complete the admission process by:

• Reporting to the allotted institution.
• Completing document verification.
• Paying the prescribed admission fee.
• Confirming their admission before the revised deadline.

The new last date for admission is August 2, 2026.

Courses Covered Under the Extension

The revised deadline applies to admissions for:

• MBBS
• BDS
• AYUSH Courses (BAMS, BHMS, BUMS and other eligible programmes)

Candidates are advised to complete all required formalities within the extended timeline to avoid cancellation of their allotted seats.
