The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala has issued a notification regarding the submission of Caste/Community Certificates by Konkani Linguistic Minority candidates participating in KEAM 2026.

The facility is available to applicants who belong to the Konkani Linguistic Minority and are included in the Kerala State Medical Rank List.

KEAM 2026 Caste/Community Certificate Submission

Eligible candidates can submit their Caste/Community Certificate issued by the competent Revenue Authority for consideration of their candidature under the Management Quota seats reserved for Konkani Linguistic Minority students at Dr. Padiar Memorial Homoeopathic Medical College.

Candidates who wish to avail themselves of this facility must submit the certificate through email within the prescribed deadline.

How to Submit the Certificate

Candidates can submit their certificate by following these steps:

1. Obtain the Caste/Community Certificate from the competent Revenue Authority.
2. Prepare the certificate for submission through email.
3. Send it to ayush.ceekerala@gmail.com.
4. Mention the candidate's Name and Application Number in the email.
5. Use “Caste/Community Certificate” as the subject of the email.
6. Submit the certificate on or before 6:00 PM on September 10, 2026.

Candidates should ensure that the certificate and the required candidate details are submitted correctly within the prescribed deadline.

Seats Reserved for Konkani Linguistic Minority Candidates

The certificate submission facility is intended for considering eligible candidates for Management Quota seats reserved for Konkani Linguistic Minority students at Dr. Padiar Memorial Homoeopathic Medical College.

Candidates included in the Kerala State Medical Rank List and belonging to the specified linguistic minority category should make use of the facility if they wish to be considered under the applicable category.
