The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala has published the First Phase Centralised Allotment for admission to MBBS and BDS courses for the academic year 2026-27.
The allotment covers State Quota seats in Government Medical and Dental Colleges and Private Self-Financing Medical and Dental Colleges in Kerala, excluding NRI quota seats. The final first-phase allotment was published after addressing valid complaints received from candidates against the provisional allotment released on August 25, 2026.
Candidates can check their allotment details through their candidate home page on the official CEE Kerala website. The allotment information includes the allotted course, college, allotment category and fee details.

Candidates can access their allotment details by logging into the official CEE Kerala candidate portal.
The Allotment Memo will contain important information including the candidate's name, roll number, allotted course, allotted college, category of allotment and applicable fee details.
Candidates must take a printout of the allotment memo from their candidate home page.
CEE Kerala has also provided a Data Sheet facility. Candidates can download the Data Sheet by selecting the “Data Sheet” menu available on their candidate home page.

Candidates should carefully verify the document requirements before reporting to the allotted institution.
Candidates allotted seats in Government Medical/Dental Colleges must remit the prescribed fee to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations through online payment, as specified in the allotment memo.
Candidates allotted MBBS/BDS seats in Self-Financing Medical/Dental Colleges must pay the fee to the respective colleges according to the allotment memo.
CEE Kerala has also clarified that the 2026-27 fee for Self-Financing Medical/Dental Colleges has not yet been fixed. Therefore, candidates allotted seats in these colleges must provisionally pay the fee applicable for the 2025-26 academic year.
If the fee finally fixed for the 2026-27 academic year by the Admission Supervisory Committee, Government or the Hon’ble High Court is higher than the 2025-26 fee, candidates will have to pay the applicable balance amount.
Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OEC categories, Children of Fisherman and communities eligible for educational concessions under the specified Government Orders, as well as candidates from Sree Chitra Home, Juvenile Home and Nirbhaya Home, do not have to remit the token deposit to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations.
However, candidates allotted seats under the Minority Quota in Self-Financing Medical/Dental Colleges must pay the fee shown in the allotment memo and will not be eligible for the fee concession.
CEE Kerala has stated that the schedule for the second phase of the centralised allotment process for MBBS/BDS courses will be published later.
Before the second phase allotment, candidates will be provided with a facility for online option confirmation. They will also be able to rearrange existing options or delete unwanted options.Candidates should regularly check the official CEE Kerala website for the second-phase schedule and further instructions.
