The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala has published the Second Phase Centralised Allotment to MBBS/BDS Courses-2026.
The notification dated September 14, 2026 states that the second-phase allotment has been published on the official CEE Kerala website. The allotment is based on the online option confirmation/registration submitted by candidates up to 10:00 AM on September 11, 2026.
The final second-phase allotment was published after considering and addressing the valid complaints received against the Provisional Allotment List published on September 11, 2026.

Candidates should download and take a printout of the Allotment Memo available through their candidate home page.
Candidates who receive a fresh allotment must remit the applicable fees and join the allotted course or college within the prescribed period.

Candidates must carry all documents mentioned in the Allotment Memo and those required under Clause 11.7.1 of the KEAM Prospectus.
All allotted candidates must complete joining before 4:00 PM on September 19, 2026.
CEE Kerala has clearly stated that candidates who fail to join the allotted course or college within the prescribed deadline will lose their allotment.
Such candidates will also lose all existing higher options in the stream to which the allotment belongs.
In addition, the registration fee of candidates who do not join within the stipulated period after receiving an allotment will be treated as a penalty and will not be refunded.
Candidates who quit their seats after taking admission will also have their registration fee treated as a penalty and it will not be refunded.
Therefore, candidates should carefully consider their allotment and complete admission within the prescribed timeline.
Candidates allotted under the SC, ST or OEC categories, along with candidates receiving benefits under the specified Government Orders, do not have to pay the token fee.

However, if such candidates are allotted seats under Minority/NRI quota seats in Self-Financing Medical/Dental Colleges, they must pay the fee shown in the Allotment Memo.
Such candidates will not be eligible for the fee concession for those Minority/NRI quota seats.
Candidates who have received an allotment can download the Data Sheet from the candidate home page by selecting the “Data Sheet” menu option.
The Data Sheet contains the basic details of the candidate.
Candidates must take a printout of the Data Sheet and produce it before the college authorities at the time of admission.

Candidates under such categories should therefore note that their allotment is subject to the outcome of the applicable verification or legal proceedings.
