The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala has released the Second Phase Provisional Allotment for MBBS and BDS courses under KEAM 2026 for the academic session 2026-27.

The provisional allotment covers State Quota seats in Government Medical and Dental Colleges and all seats in Private Self-Financing Medical and Dental Colleges in Kerala.

KEAM 2026 Second Phase Provisional Allotment Released

According to the notification dated September 11, 2026, the second phase provisional allotment has been prepared based on the online options registered by candidates from September 7 to September 11, 2026, up to 10:00 AM.

Candidates can view their provisional allotment through the KEAM 2026 Candidate Portal by selecting the “Allotment List” menu.

Candidates are advised to carefully check their allotted course, college and other details mentioned in the provisional allotment list.

Deadline to Raise Complaints

Candidates who find any genuine discrepancy in the provisional allotment list can submit their complaints to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Kerala through email.

The complaint submission deadline is:

• Last Date: September 12, 2026
• Time: Up to 1:00 PM
• Email: ceekinfo.cee@kerala.gov.in

Candidates should ensure that genuine complaints are submitted within the prescribed deadline.

Final Allotment to Be Published After Complaints

CEE Kerala has clarified that the current allotment is provisional.

After examining and addressing valid complaints received from candidates, the Final Allotment will be published.

Therefore, candidates should not treat the provisional allotment as the final allotment and should carefully check the list for any discrepancy.
