The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, has released the third-phase allotment list for MBBS and BDS courses under KEAM 2026. The allotment is for state quota seats in government and private self-financing medical and dental colleges across Kerala for the academic session 2026–27.

According to the notification dated October 11, 2026, the allotment list was published after removing candidates who had joined seats under the All India Quota (AIQ) and addressing valid complaints received against the provisional allotment list released on October 8, 2026.

Candidates who have received an allotment can log in to the official CEE Kerala website, cee.kerala.gov.in, and download their allotment memo through the candidate portal. The memo contains important information, including the candidate’s name, roll number, allotted course, college, allotment category and fee details.

Third-phase allotment list published October 11, 2026
College reporting begins October 12, 2026
Last date for joining the allotted college October 14, 2026, before 4:00 PM

What Should Candidates Do After the Third-Phase Allotment?

Candidates who have received an MBBS or BDS seat must complete the admission formalities within the prescribed deadline. They should download and print the allotment memo, remit the fee specified in the memo and report to the allotted course and college between October 12 and October 14, 2026, before 4:00 PM.

Candidates receiving a fresh allotment must pay the prescribed fee on or before the specified deadline and report with all documents mentioned in the allotment memo, in accordance with Clause 11.7.1 of the KEAM 2026 Prospectus.

Candidates should also download the Data Sheet available through the menu on their candidate portal. The printed Data Sheet, containing their basic details, must be produced before the college authorities at the time of admission.

If a candidate has already paid a higher fee to CEE during an earlier allotment than the fee applicable to the latest allotment, the excess amount will be refunded after the Centralized Allotment Process for all courses has concluded.

Kerala MBBS/BDS Admission 2026: Tuition Fee Exemption

According to the notification, tuition fee exemptions apply to eligible candidates allotted seats under the SC, ST, OEC and Fishermen categories, as well as candidates covered under the specified government orders:

  • G.O. (MS) 25/2005/SCSTDD dated June 20, 2005.

  • G.O. (MS) 10/2014/BCDD dated May 23, 2014.

Candidates from Sreechitra Home, Juvenile Home and Nirbhaya Home are also covered by the stated tuition fee exemption.

However, candidates belonging to these categories who receive seats under the Minority or NRI quota in private self-financing medical or dental colleges must pay the fee specified in their allotment memo. They will not be eligible for the fee concession for such seats.

Candidates should check their individual allotment memo for the applicable fee and payment instructions.

Warning for Candidates Who Miss the Reporting Deadline

CEE Kerala has clearly stated that candidates must join their allotted colleges before 4:00 PM on October 14, 2026. Candidates who fail to report within the stipulated period will lose their current allotment as well as all existing higher options in the stream to which the allotment belongs.

Liquidated damages may also apply under Clause 12.2.4(a)(ii) of the KEAM 2026 Prospectus. Candidates are therefore advised to complete fee payment, document preparation and college reporting well before the deadline.

The notification also states that category claims of candidates provisionally allotted under interim court orders or while KIRTADS verification is pending will remain subject to the final court judgment or the final verification outcome.

Kerala MBBS/BDS Stray Vacancy Allotment 2026: Eligibility Rules
