The Health & Family Welfare Department, Government of Kerala has approved the seat matrix for Post Graduate Courses in Dental Surgery (MDS) at Azeezia College of Dental Sciences & Research, Meeyannoor, Kollam, for the academic session 2026-27.
The approval was issued through G.O.(Rt) No. 2921/2026/H&FWD dated September 4, 2026. The order was issued in continuation of the earlier government order dated August 21, 2026, following proposals and communications from the Director of Medical Education, Kerala and the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala.
According to the approved category-wise seat matrix, a total of 19 newly added MDS seats have been approved at Azeezia College of Dental Sciences & Research. The seats cover seven MDS specialisations.

The newly approved seats are spread across seven MDS programmes:
The highest number of seats in the approved matrix is available in Conservative Dentistry, Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Oral Pathology & Microbiology, Prosthodontics and Periodontics, with three seats each. Orthodontics and Pedodontics have two seats each.
The approval has been issued by the Health & Family Welfare (S) Department, Government of Kerala.
The government order directs the concerned authorities, including the Director of Medical Education, Commissioner for Entrance Examinations and Kerala University of Health Sciences, to take note of the approved seat matrix.
The newly added seats will be relevant to the Kerala MDS Admission 2026-27 process, subject to the applicable counselling and admission procedures.
