The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Manipur has released the merit lists for the 1st Round of Manipur Medical e-Counselling 2026 for admission to undergraduate medical and allied health courses for the academic session 2026-27.
According to Notification No. DME-18/1/2026-HEALTH, issued in August 2026, the merit lists have been prepared for candidates participating in the counselling process for MBBS, BDS and BASLP admissions.
The notification covers candidates applying under different quota categories and forms an important part of the first-round counselling process in the state.
The Directorate of Medical Education has notified three separate merit lists for the 1st Round of Manipur Medical e-Counselling 2026:
The respective merit lists have been provided as Annexure A, Annexure B and Annexure C to the notification.
The merit lists will be used as part of the 1st Round of Manipur Medical e-Counselling for allotment of candidates to the available seats. Candidates are advised to carefully check the relevant merit list and follow further counselling instructions issued by the Directorate of Medical Education.
The notification itself does not provide the detailed seat allotment date or reporting schedule. Candidates should therefore refer to subsequent official counselling notifications for information regarding choice filling, seat allotment, admission and reporting.
