The Directorate of Medical Education, Government of Manipur has released the merit lists for the 2nd Round of Manipur Medical e-Counselling 2026-27.

According to the notification dated September 14, 2026, the merit lists have been published for candidates seeking admission to MBBS, BDS and BASLP courses for the 2026-27 academic session.

Manipur Medical e-Counselling 2026 Round 2 Merit List

The Directorate of Medical Education has notified the following merit lists for the second round of counselling:

• State Government Quota Merit List for the 2nd Round of Manipur Medical e-Counselling 2026.
• Management Quota Merit List for MBBS at SAHS for the 2nd Round of Manipur Medical e-Counselling 2026.

The detailed candidate-wise merit lists have been provided separately as Annexure A and Annexure B to the notification.

No NRI Quota Registrations for SAHS

The Directorate of Medical Education has also clarified that no candidates registered for NRI quota seats of SAHS during the second round of Manipur Medical e-Counselling 2026.

Therefore, no NRI quota merit list has been notified for the second round.

Courses Covered

The second-round counselling process covers admission to the following programmes:

• MBBS
• BDS
• BASLP

The notification specifically provides separate merit-list arrangements for the State Government Quota and Management Quota MBBS seats at SAHS.

What Candidates Should Do Now

Candidates who participated in the 2nd Round of Manipur Medical e-Counselling 2026-27 should check the applicable merit list and carefully verify their details.

Candidates should also follow further instructions issued by the Directorate of Medical Education, Manipur regarding seat allotment, choice filling, admission, document verification and reporting, wherever applicable.
