The Directorate of Health Services Medical Education & Research (DME), Meghalaya has released the List of Candidates for Second Round Counselling for admission to the 1st Year MBBS course at P.A. Sangma International Medical College, Meghalaya for the academic year 2026-27.

The notice, bearing No. DHSME&R.152/USTM/MBBS/2026/5472, was issued on September 8, 2026. The counselling is scheduled to be held on September 9, 2026.

Meghalaya MBBS 2nd Round Counselling 2026

Candidates included in the second-round counselling list are required to appear for counselling at the designated venue on the date and time mentioned against their name in the candidate list.

The counselling will be conducted for admission to the first-year MBBS course at P.A. Sangma International Medical College for the 2026-27 academic session.

The Meghalaya Health Department had earlier invited applications for the second round of MBBS counselling at P.A. Sangma International Medical College against State, Management and NRI Quota seats.

Counselling Date, Venue and Reporting

Candidates should carefully check the reporting time mentioned against their name in the published candidate list and reach the counselling venue accordingly.

Documents Required for Counselling

Candidates appearing for the second round of counselling must bring the documents prescribed in the original admission advertisement.

According to the notice, candidates are required to carry:

• All original documents listed in Advertisement No. DHSME&R/152/USTM/MBBS/2026/5391 dated September 3, 2026
• One set of self-attested photocopies of all required documents
• One self-attested passport-size photograph

Candidates should ensure that all original documents are available for verification at the time of counselling.

Important Instructions for Candidates

Candidates included in the second-round counselling list should report at the DME office on September 9, 2026 according to the reporting time specified in the list.

Candidates should carry both the original documents and self-attested photocopies.
