The Office of the Commissioner Medical Education, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh has issued the revised tentative schedule for the First Round of MP State NEET MDS Counselling 2026 for admission to MDS courses.

According to the revised schedule dated August 31, 2026, the First Round Allotment Result will be published on September 3, 2026. Candidates who are allotted seats will then be required to report in person at their respective allotted colleges for document verification and completion of the admission process.

Round 1 Allotment Result on September 3

As per the revised schedule, the MP State NEET MDS Counselling 2026 Round 1 seat allotment result will be released on September 3, 2026.

Candidates should check their allotment status through the designated counselling portal after the result is published. Those who receive an MDS seat must follow the reporting and admission instructions within the prescribed timeline.

Reporting and Admission from September 4

Candidates allotted seats in Round 1 will have to report in person at the allotted college from September 4 to September 10, 2026, up to 6:00 PM.

During reporting, candidates will be required to complete document verification and admission formalities as prescribed by the counselling authority and the allotted institution.

Candidates should carry all required original documents and other admission-related records while reporting to the allotted college.

Mandatory Upgradation Option for Second Round

The revised schedule also contains an important instruction regarding upgradation to the Second Round.

Candidates must compulsorily exercise their upgradation option as YES or NO at the time of admission. The option can subsequently be edited through the candidate login until September 10, 2026, up to 12:00 midnight.

Candidates who wish to participate in the subsequent round should carefully understand the applicable counselling rules before selecting the upgradation option.

Online Resignation or Cancellation

Candidates who wish to resign from or cancel their Round 1 admission can complete the online resignation/cancellation process at the college level between September 4 and September 10, 2026, up to 6:00 PM, as per the revised schedule.Candidates are advised to carefully read the applicable rules before cancelling or resigning from an allotted seat.
