The Office of Commissioner, Medical Education, Madhya Pradesh has issued the revised tentative schedule for First Round of MP State NEET MDS Counselling 2026 for admission to MDS courses.

MP NEET MDS Counselling 2026 Round 1: Important Dates

Reporting and Admission

Candidates allotted an MDS seat in Round 1 must report in person at the allotted college for document verification and completion of admission formalities between September 4 and September 10, 2026.

Candidates should complete the admission process within the prescribed deadline to retain their allotted seat.

Upgradation Option Mandatory

Candidates must exercise their upgradation option (YES/NO) at the time of admission. The option can be edited through the candidate login until September 10, 2026, up to 12:00 Midnight.

Candidates who wish to seek an upgraded seat in the second round should ensure that their upgradation preference is correctly submitted.

Resignation or Cancellation

The revised schedule also allows candidates to complete online resignation or cancellation of admission at the college level from September 4 to September 10, 2026, up to 6:00 PM. Candidates should carefully check the applicable counselling rules before cancelling or resigning from their allotted seat.
