MP NEET UG 2026 Counselling Expected to Begin Soon

The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Madhya Pradesh is expected to commence the Round 1 counselling process for NEET UG 2026 in the second week of August. The counselling will be conducted online for admission to MBBS and BDS programmes under the 85% state quota seats in government and private medical colleges across Madhya Pradesh. The detailed counselling notification and registration schedule are expected to be released shortly.

Expected Round 1 Schedule

The above schedule is tentative and subject to the official notification issued by DME Madhya Pradesh.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must satisfy the following eligibility conditions to participate in MP NEET UG 2026 counselling:

• Must have qualified NEET UG 2026.
• Must be 17 years of age or above as on 31 December 2026.
• Should be a permanent resident of Madhya Pradesh or have completed Class 10 and Class 12 from a recognized institution in the state, as applicable under the counselling rules.
• Must have secured at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English in Class 12 (40% for eligible reserved categories).

Candidates should keep the following documents ready before the registration process begins:

• NEET UG 2026 Admit Card
• NEET UG 2026 Scorecard
• Class 10 Marksheet
• Class 12 Marksheet
• MP Domicile Certificate
• Category/Caste Certificate (if applicable)
• Aadhaar Card or any valid Photo ID
• Passport-size Photographs
