The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Madhya Pradesh has officially started the Round 1 counselling registration for NEET UG 2026 admissions to MBBS and BDS programmes in Government and Private Medical and Dental Colleges across the state.
Candidates who have qualified NEET UG 2026 can now register through the official DME MP counselling portal and complete the admission process within the prescribed schedule.

Eligible candidates are advised to complete their online registration and upload all required documents before the closing date. After the publication of the merit list, candidates will be able to fill and lock their preferred colleges and courses during the choice filling window.
Seat allotment will be prepared based on NEET UG 2026 rank, reservation category, choices filled by the candidate, and seat availability.
Candidates who receive a seat in Round 1 must report to the allotted institute between 21 August and 27 August 2026 with all original documents for verification and admission confirmation. Failure to report within the prescribed schedule may lead to cancellation of the allotted seat.
