Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Uttarakhand Medical Education University (HNBUMU) has issued an important notification regarding the Special Stray Round Counselling for NEET UG 2025 under the Uttarakhand State Centralized Counselling process.
As per the official notice, the seat allotment process for eligible and registered candidates will be conducted on 30 December 2025 at Shri Guru Ram Rai Medical & Health Sciences, Dehradun, strictly based on merit. It is mandatory for all registered candidates to be physically present at the counselling venue for seat allotment.
Candidates are required to report on 30 December 2025 with a Demand Draft (DD) of the prescribed advance tuition fee, prepared course-wise and institution-wise. Candidates who fail to produce the required Demand Draft will not be allowed to complete the reporting and counselling process.
The university has clarified that after the completion of reporting within the stipulated time, the final list of candidates will be published, followed by the seat allotment procedure. Candidates are strongly advised to carefully read the guidelines and instructions published on the university website before appearing for counselling and to carry all required original documents along with the Demand Draft.
Applicants are further advised to regularly check the official website www.hnbumu.ac.in for updates and any additional important information related to the Special Stray Round Counselling.
