The Directorate of Higher and Technical Education, Centralised Admission Committee (CENTAC), Puducherry has issued an important notice regarding the Round 2 allotment process for UG Non-NEET courses for the academic session 2026-27.
As per the notice dated September 2, 2026, candidates have been given an opportunity to update their course preferences for Round 2 allotment, if required.
CENTAC has informed candidates that counselling and seat allotment through CENTAC have been temporarily withheld, pending further orders from the competent authorities, for courses at the following institutions:
The decision has been taken in accordance with communication received from the Directorate of Health and Family Welfare Services, Government of Puducherry.
Candidates participating in the UG Non-NEET Round 2 allotment can update their course preferences, if required, within the prescribed deadline.

CENTAC has clearly stated that candidates whose course preferences are empty will not be considered for allotment.
