The Rajasthan NEET UG Medical/Dental Admission and Counselling Board 2026 has issued an important office order regarding category determination and verification for NRI, Defence Personnel and Paramilitary Personnel candidates participating in Rajasthan NEET UG Medical and Dental Counselling 2026. The order was issued on October 4, 2026, by the NEET UG Counselling Board at SMS Medical College, Jaipur.

As per the official order, candidates belonging to the NRI category, Defence Personnel category and Paramilitary Personnel category are required to appear personally at the designated verification centres along with all the required original documents. The verification will be conducted on October 5, 2026, from 10:00 AM.

Rajasthan NEET UG 2026 Category Verification Schedule

Candidates must report at the respective venue on October 5, 2026, at 10:00 AM with all required documents for category determination and verification.

Candidates Already Verified Need Not Appear Again

The Rajasthan NEET UG Counselling Board has clarified that candidates belonging to the Defence Personnel, Paramilitary Personnel and NRI categories who have already completed their category verification on August 19, August 24 or September 9, 2026, are not required to appear again for verification.

Candidates who have not completed the required verification must attend the process on the scheduled date with the applicable original documents.

Documents Required for Defence and Paramilitary Candidates

Candidates applying under the Defence Personnel or Paramilitary Personnel category must produce the applicable documents during NEET UG counselling verification. These include the Discharge Certificate/Discharge Book (IAFY-1940), Battle Casualty Certificate wherever applicable, PPO including Initial and Subsequent PPOs, Widow Identity Card wherever applicable, ECHS Card, Aadhaar Card, Class 10th Certificate of the child and Dependent Card.

Candidates must also carry Invalidment Medical Board Proceedings, wherever applicable, along with the Death Certificate, Ex-Servicemen Identity Card and relevant documents for verification of Gallantry Award category, wherever applicable.

For Gallantry Award category verification, candidates are required to produce the Gazette Notification along with relevant Part II Orders duly signed by the Commanding Officer.

Serving personnel must submit a Serving Certificate issued by the Commanding Officer. They must also produce a Certified True Copy (CTC) of the Sheet Roll showing family/dependent details along with relevant Part II Orders. The Release Order/SSC Release Order must also be submitted wherever applicable.

Documents Required for NRI Category Verification

NRI category candidates are required to produce the documents prescribed by the Rajasthan NEET UG Counselling Board for verification. The document list includes the Application Form Part-I, NEET 2026 Score Card, valid NRI/OCI/POI Certificate, Performa-III, Performa-IV and Performa-V (Family Tree).

Candidates must also produce the passports of the persons included in the family tree as required for NRI category verification.

Candidates should ensure that all documents are complete and valid before appearing for verification. Any deficiency in the documents may affect the determination of the claimed category and subsequent counselling eligibility.
