The Government of Rajasthan, Office of the Chairman, NEET UG Medical & Dental Admission/Counselling Board 2026, has released the schedule for Round 1 of NEET UG Medical and Dental Counselling 2026 for admission to MBBS and BDS courses in Rajasthan. The counselling process is being conducted in compliance with the NEET UG counselling schedule issued by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC).

Candidates participating in Rajasthan state counselling are required to complete the online application process, deposit the applicable application fee and security amount, and fill their college and course choices within the prescribed deadlines. Candidates must complete both Part 1 and Part 2 of the online application form, as completion of both parts is mandatory for participation in the subsequent counselling process.

Rajasthan NEET UG Counselling 2026 Choice Filling

The online choice-filling process is scheduled from 14 August to 20 August 2026. Candidates can fill, save and modify their choices multiple times during the specified period.

Candidates who have already submitted their choices can also edit them before the choices are automatically locked. The choices will be auto-locked at 11:55 PM on August 20, 2026.

Candidates are advised to carefully arrange their preferred colleges and courses because the submitted choices will be considered for the Round 1 seat allotment.

Rajasthan NEET UG Counselling 2026 Security Deposit

Candidates participating in the choice-filling process are required to deposit a security amount depending on the type of seat and course they wish to opt for.

• INR 50,000: For candidates opting for Government MBBS seats in Government Medical Colleges, Government Society Medical Colleges, RUHS-CMS and ESIC Medical College.
• INR 2,00,000: For candidates opting for Management MBBS seats in Government Society Colleges and RUHS-CMS.
• INR 5,00,000: For candidates opting for NRI MBBS seats in Government Colleges, Government Society Colleges and RUHS-CMS.
• INR 5,00,000: For candidates opting for MBBS seats in Private Medical Colleges.
• INR 10,000: For candidates opting for BDS seats in Government Dental College, RUHS-CDS and Private Dental Colleges.

Candidates depositing INR 2,00,000 or INR 5,00,000 will automatically become eligible to fill choices for Government Medical/Dental Colleges, Government Society Medical Colleges, RUHS-CMS, RUHS-CDS, ESIC Medical College and Private Dental Colleges, as applicable.

Rajasthan NEET UG Counselling Application Fee

Candidates are required to deposit a non-refundable application fee of INR 2,500, along with applicable transaction charges.

For SC, ST and ST-STA candidates of Rajasthan state domicile, the application fee is INR 1,500, plus applicable transaction charges.

Round 1 Seat Allotment and Reporting

The Round 1 allotment result will be published online on August 22, 2026. Candidates who receive an allotment can download their allotment letters from the counselling website from August 23 to August 27, 2026.

Allotted candidates must deposit the prescribed one-year tuition fee by August 27, 2026, up to 3:30 PM. They must subsequently report to the allotted college within the specified period with the required documents.

The reporting period is from August 23 to August 27, 2026, with reporting permitted from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The final reporting deadline is 6:00 PM on August 27, 2026.

Candidates must carry the allotment letter, original documents, required bonds, two copies of the application form and photocopies of relevant documents as specified in the information bulletin.

PwBD/PwD, Defence, Para Military and NRI Candidates

Candidates belonging to the Defence/Para Military and NRI categories are required to appear physically for certificate verification before the admission board on August 19, 2026, according to the notification to be published on the official counselling website.

PwBD/PwD candidates participating in the counselling process must upload their eligibility certificate issued from an MCC-designated centre. Candidates must also carry the original eligibility certificate and other required documents at the time of joining or reporting.
