The notification has been issued in continuation of the earlier notification dated September 18, 2026.
The first phase of counselling will be conducted for eligible candidates seeking admission to Private Homoeopathy Colleges affiliated with KNRUHS in Telangana.
Candidates whose names are included in the final merit list for BHMS under All India Quota, notified on the KNRUHS website on September 28, 2026, can exercise their web options.

Web Options Last Date: September 30, 2026, up to 2:00 PM
Candidates have been instructed to exercise web options using a computer with an internet connection.

The number of seats may also be revised if additional seats are sanctioned for existing colleges or permission is granted for new seats during the admission process.
Candidates allotted a BHMS seat will have to pay the prescribed University Fee of INR 8,000 through the online payment gateway.
The payment can be made using:
After successful payment of the University Fee, the selected candidate will be able to download the allotment letter.
The tuition fee will be payable as notified by the Government of Telangana.
KNRUHS has informed candidates that the web options exercised during the first phase will be treated as final.
Candidates will not be permitted to request any change in their selected options or the order of college preferences after the web-option schedule closes.
Therefore, candidates should carefully arrange their college preferences before submitting their options.
The allotment of seats will be made based on the candidate's final merit position and the order of preference of colleges submitted through the web-option process.
Candidates are advised to exercise web options only for those colleges where they are genuinely interested in taking admission.
If a candidate receives an allotment but does not join the allotted college, the allotment will be cancelled.

A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to the candidate's registered mobile number while exercising web options.
The password will consist of a six-letter code in English capital letters A to Z, as specified in the university's instructions.
Candidates should also take a printout of their saved options for future reference.
Candidates who receive a seat allotment will receive an SMS on their registered mobile number.
However, candidates are advised to log in and check their allotment status on the designated website after each phase of counselling.
The selected candidates must pay the University Fee through the online payment gateway and download their allotment letter.

KNRUHS has stated that the final verification of original certificates will be conducted by the Admission Committee at the allotted college.
If any discrepancy is found during verification, the provisional allotment will be cancelled and action may be initiated according to the university regulations.
Candidates should therefore ensure that the information and certificates submitted during the counselling process are accurate and valid.
The university has also stated that original certificates will not be returned unless the candidate discontinues from the course.
The INR 8,000 University Fee, once paid, will not be refunded under any circumstances, according to the notification.
