Tripura NEET UG Counselling 2026: Round 2 Revised Provisional Allotment Result Released

The Tripura Medical Counselling Committee (TRMCC) under the Health & Family Welfare Department, Government of Tripura, has published the Revised Provisional Allotment Result for Round 2 of Tripura Undergraduate Medical Counselling 2026.

According to the Educational Notification dated September 14, 2026, the earlier provisional allotment result for Round 2 has been cancelled and replaced with the revised provisional allotment result for eligible candidates.

Candidates who have been provisionally allotted seats are required to complete reporting, document verification, nomination and admission formalities within the prescribed schedule.

Tripura NEET UG Counselling 2026 Round 2 Revised Result

TRMCC has instructed all candidates who have received a provisional seat allotment in Round 2 to report to the Office of the Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Bidurkarta Chowmohani, Agartala.

Candidates must carry all required documents relating to their eligibility and qualification, along with four passport-size photographs of the allotted candidate and the relevant executed bonds.

Candidates should complete the DME reporting and institutional admission process as early as possible within the prescribed schedule.

Documents Required for Reporting

Candidates provisionally allotted seats are required to bring:

  • Documents relating to eligibility and qualification
  • Original documents for verification at the admitting institution
  • Four passport-size photographs
  • Relevant executed bonds
  • Category and sub-category certificates, wherever applicable
  • Other documents required under the counselling and admission rules

Candidates should ensure that their documents are complete, valid and legible before reporting.

Admission and Physical Document Verification

The admission of allotted and nominated candidates at the respective admitting institutions will be conducted from September 15 to September 18, 2026, up to 5:00 PM.

The admitting institution will conduct physical verification of original documents relating to the candidate's eligibility, qualification, category and sub-category certification.

The last date for admission to a Round 2 allotted and nominated seat is September 18, 2026, up to 5:00 PM.

Candidates must substantiate their eligibility and category claims through valid documents before the last date of admission.

Candidates Allotted Seats Outside Tripura

Candidates who have been allotted seats outside the State of Tripura have been instructed to report to the Office of DME as early as possible within the prescribed schedule.

Such candidates are required to:

  1. Obtain their nomination from the Office of DME.
  2. Obtain the required fitness certificate from Agartala Government Medical College for the academic session.
  3. Execute the prescribed Service Bond.
  4. Submit the executed Service Bond at the Office of DME.
  5. Obtain the nomination against the allotted seat and institution.
  6. Submit the required discontinuation bond at the admitting institution during admission.

Candidates should complete these formalities without waiting until the final day of the reporting period.

Allotment and Nomination Are Provisional

TRMCC has clarified that the allotment and nomination are entirely provisional.

The allotment is subject to verification of the candidate's:

  • Original eligibility documents
  • Category and sub-category certificates
  • Qualification documents
  • Other applicable admission requirements

Therefore, candidates should ensure that all claims made during counselling are supported by valid documents.

NMC Guidelines Will Prevail in Case of Conflict

The notification states that in case of any ambiguity, NMC guidelines will prevail over State guidelines.

Where there is an overlap between State and NMC norms, the NMC norms will prevail, as specified in the notification.

Candidates should therefore carefully check the applicable eligibility and admission requirements before completing admission formalities.

False or Invalid Documents May Lead to Cancellation

TRMCC has warned that if any candidate is found to have submitted false, fabricated, untrue, partially true, incomplete, illegitimate or illegible documents, or fails to comply with applicable rules and guidelines, the candidate's allotment, nomination or admission may be cancelled.

The notification refers to the applicable norms and guidelines of NTA, MCC, NMC, Ministry of Ayush, MoHFW, Government of Tripura, the admitting institution and other relevant statutory authorities.The cancellation may take place at any point of time, even after admission, as specified in the notification.
