The Government of Uttar Pradesh, Medical Education Department has approved the revised fee for the MBBS course at Narayana Medical College and Research Centre, Kanpur.
According to the government notification dated September 1, 2026, the revised fee has been approved following a reconsideration of the fee previously fixed for the 2024-25 academic session.
The Uttar Pradesh Government has fixed the revised MBBS tuition fee at:

The revised fee was approved by the competent authority after the matter was reconsidered by the Fee Regulation Committee.
The notification has been issued under the provisions of the Uttar Pradesh Private Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission and Fixation of Fee) Act, 2006 and the related Fee Regulation Committee Rules, 2008.
The fee revision follows the directions issued by the Hon'ble High Court, Lucknow Bench, Lucknow in Writ Petition No. C 8208/2025, M/s Heritage Institute of Medical Sciences and Others vs State of Uttar Pradesh and Others, along with connected petitions.
The High Court had passed its order on September 25, 2025, following which the Fee Regulation Committee reconsidered the fee applicable to Narayana Medical College and Research Centre, Kanpur.
The committee conducted a meeting on July 21, 2026, during which the concerned college was given an opportunity of hearing and the documents and proposal submitted by the institution were considered.
