The Director General, Medical Education & Training (DGME), Uttar Pradesh has issued the revised time schedule for the First Round of Online Counselling for UP NEET MDS 2026. The revised schedule applies to admission against state quota MDS seats in Government and Private Dental Colleges and Universities across Uttar Pradesh.

The revised schedule has been issued in continuation of the revised timetable published by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), New Delhi for NEET MDS counselling.

According to the notice dated August 27, 2026, candidates participating in the UP NEET MDS 2026 counselling process must complete registration, fee payment, choice filling and other admission-related activities according to the revised dates.

UP NEET MDS Counselling 2026: Revised Round 1 Schedule

UP NEET MDS 2026 Registration and Fee Payment

Candidates participating in the first round of UP NEET MDS counselling can complete their online registration from August 21, 2026 at 11:00 AM. The registration window will remain open until August 31, 2026, up to 2:00 PM.

The same deadline applies to the submission of the registration fee and security fee. Candidates should complete the required fee payment within the prescribed deadline to remain eligible for the subsequent counselling process.

UP NEET MDS Merit List 2026

The revised schedule states that the UP NEET MDS 2026 merit list for Round 1 will be declared on August 31, 2026.

Candidates should carefully check the merit list after its publication and follow the instructions issued by the counselling authorities for the next stage of the admission process.

UP NEET MDS 2026 Choice Filling

The online choice-filling process for Round 1 will begin on September 1, 2026 at 11:00 AM.

Candidates will be able to submit their choices until September 7, 2026, up to 11:00 AM. Candidates should carefully select their preferred MDS colleges and courses according to their eligibility and preferences before the choice-filling deadline.

UP NEET MDS Round 1 Seat Allotment Result

The Round 1 seat allotment result is scheduled to be declared on September 7, 2026.

Candidates who receive an allotment will be able to proceed with the next stage of the admission process as per the instructions issued by the Uttar Pradesh counselling authority.

Allotment Letter Download and Admission

Candidates allotted MDS seats in Round 1 will be required to download their allotment letters and complete the admission process between September 8 and September 13, 2026.Candidates are advised to follow the official admission instructions and complete the required formalities within the prescribed timeline.
