The Office of the Director General, Medical Education & Training, Uttar Pradesh has released the extended time schedule for First Round of Online Counselling Registration for UP NEET UG 2026.

The revised schedule has been issued in continuation of the timetable released by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), New Delhi for NEET UG counselling.

The counselling is being conducted for admission to state quota undergraduate MBBS and BDS seats in Government and Private Medical/Dental Colleges and Universities across Uttar Pradesh.

UP NEET UG Counselling 2026: Extended First Round Schedule

Candidates who wish to participate in the first round of UP NEET UG counselling should complete registration, document uploading and fee payment within the prescribed deadlines.

UP NEET UG 2026 Counselling for MBBS and BDS Seats

The extended schedule applies to state quota seats for undergraduate medical and dental courses.

Candidates can participate for admission to MBBS and BDS courses offered by Government and Private Medical/Dental Colleges and Universities in Uttar Pradesh, subject to the applicable eligibility requirements and counselling rules.

Candidates should carefully complete the registration process and upload the required documents within the specified time.

NCC Cadets Get 1% Horizontal Reservation

The Uttar Pradesh Government has also issued an arrangement concerning NCC cadets under the horizontal reservation provisions.

According to Government Order No. 1448377/2026/71-4099/1011/2022 dated September 1, 2026, 1% horizontal reservation has been provided for eligible NCC cadets.

The provision mentioned in the notice applies to NCC cadets having B or C Certificate with at least B grading, as specified in the government order.
