The Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Uttarakhand Medical Education University (HNBUMU), Dehradun, acting through the Uttarakhand Centralized Counselling Board, has published the provisional list of candidates who secured admission or opted for the FLOAT facility during the first and second rounds of NEET UG 2026 counselling.
According to the notice, the seat-allotment process for the first and second rounds was completed following the schedule issued by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), Government of India, and instructions received from the Government of Uttarakhand.
After the completion of Round 2 and the last date of admission on September 19, 2026, the counselling board published the complete provisional list containing 1,112 admitted/float candidates on the counselling portal.

The notice identifies these figures as the summary of State Quota provisionally admitted/float candidates following the first two counselling rounds.
HNBUMU has stated that candidates who secured admission by availing the benefit of domicile/residence and category/sub-category reservations will be required to undergo mandatory verification.
The verification of domicile/residence certificates and category/sub-category certificates will be carried out through the concerned districts.
Candidates who have claimed reservation benefits should therefore ensure that their certificates and supporting documents are valid and available for verification.
The notice also clarifies that the reservation policy is not implemented on All India Quota seats of private medical and dental colleges.Candidates participating under applicable All India Quota seats should therefore follow the relevant counselling and seat-allocation rules applicable to those seats.
