Admission Will Be Confirmed Only After College Issues Admission Letter

The admission procedure states that completing the listed formalities alone does not complete the admission process. Admission will be considered complete only after the candidate receives the admission letter issued by the concerned college within the specified period.

Candidates whose original documents are deposited with another institute, college or university and who produce only a certificate stating that their originals are deposited elsewhere will not be allowed to take admission in the allotted medical or dental college.

Important Rule for Freeze and Float Options

Admission to the allotted seat is subject to online document verification and selection of either Freeze or Float.

Candidates who fail to select either option within the prescribed deadline will have their seat allotment cancelled, and the seat will be included in the Round 2 vacant seat matrix. Such candidates will not be able to claim their Round 1 allotted seat but will be permitted to participate in Round 2.

Similarly, candidates selecting Freeze who do not complete the required admission formalities at the allotted college will have their seat allotment cancelled and the seat will be included in the Round 2 vacant seat matrix. Such candidates may participate in Round 2 but cannot claim the Round 1 allotted seat.
