• have passed SSC/HSC or equivalent examinations in Class 10/12 with more than 60% marks
• be enrolled in (or have secured admission to) a diploma course at a government or any other recognised polytechnic institute in India
• be a first-year candidate in the diploma course
• belong to a family with a low annual income

1. Financial Assistance for Diploma Students

Selected students receive 10,000 – 20,000 per year (amount may vary by year) to support their 3-year diploma education.

 2. Scholarship for Full Duration

The scholarship is provided for up to 3 years, covering the entire duration of the diploma course, subject to yearly renewal.

 3. Helps Reduce Financial Burden

The amount supports:

• Tuition fees

• Books & study materials

• Living and travel expenses

 4. Priority for Underprivileged Students

Extra preference is given to:

• Girls

• Differently-abled students

• Children of armed forces personnel

• Students from low-income families

 5. Encouragement for Skill-Based Careers

MAITS motivates students to build careers in:

• Engineering and technology

• Allied sciences

• Polytechnic and technical sectors

 6. Recognition and Support

Students gain recognition from K.C. Mahindra Education Trust, which adds value to their academic profile.

• Proof of admission from Polytechnic (e.g., Admission letter, Fee receipt, Bonafide student certificate)
• Letter of Recommendation from one referee (teacher/employer)
• Short statement on general aptitude, interests, vocation, ambitions, and aspirations
• Mark Sheet of Std. 10th
• Mark Sheet of Std. 12th (if applicable)
• Family income proof
• Copy of the first page of the passbook or cancelled cheque
• Aadhar card

Step 4: Now, navigate to 'CLICK HERE TO APPLY' to access the application form.
Step 5: Fill in the appropriate credentials to register. An email will be sent to the provided ID for verification. 
Step 6: Click on the link in the email for verification, then log in using valid credentials.
Step 7: Fill in the required information, upload the necessary documents and submit the application.
